Directions to Johns Hopkins Bloomberg Center
The official address for the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg Center is 555 Pennsylvania Ave, Washington DC
For those staying at the Renaissance Capital View, the best way to get to the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg Center is to take the Washington DC, METRO (subway system) from the Crystal City METRO station.
The Renaissance Capital View has a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes and will take guests to the Crystal City METRO Station (complimentary and courteous shuttle service to Crystal City METRO station and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA); Hours: 5 am – 11 pm daily). You can walk to the station from the hotel – this will take approximately 15 minutes.
At the Crystal City METRO Station, board the Yellow Line (going towards Mt. Vernon Square) and debark at the Archives Navy Memorial-Penn Quarter Station (Green and Yellow Lines) which is a 4-minute walk from the Bloomberg Center.
You can use a credit card to ride the METRO, but you can also purchase a METRO card (which can be obtained from machines at METRO Stations) or you can use the METRO app on your phone. Fares should be a few USD each way.
At the Bloomberg Center, you will need to check-in with members of the local organizing committee and receive a badge to enter the facility and go to the meeting rooms.
To return to the hotel, you may get on the Yellow Line (going towards Huntington) and debark at Crystal City where you can catch the hotel shuttle.
