Registration

General Registration Information

  • Registration fees include the welcome reception, lunches at the conference site, coffee breaks, tutorials, conference sessions, and convention facilities.  The Banquet Dinner will cost $10 extra.
  • Attendees not presenting a paper at the conference should register under the category related to their status.
  • The accompanying person fee includes both the welcome reception and the conference dinner. Accompanying persons who wish to attend only the welcome reception or only the conference dinner can do so by paying the respective fees: $40 for the welcome reception and $90 for the conference dinner.
  • Consider becoming an IEEE member to receive full member benefits. You can be a member of the IEEE Nanotechnology Council with no additional fees by joining IEEE (simply select ‘Nanotechnology Council’ when applying for membership). Interested in joining IEEE? Click here!
  • The workshops and tutorials are accessible at no cost, but prior registration is recommended due to limited capacity. Register using this form. Please note that registration for the IEEE-NANO 2025 conference is mandatory to attend the workshops and tutorials.

Author Registration Policy  

  • One Registration covers a maximum of TWO papers by the same registered author (this does not apply to Student Registrants).
  • A Student Registration (applies to both IEEE Student Members and Non-Member students) covers only ONE accepted paper.
  • Extra Paper Charge: An additional $150 (USD) must be paid by the same author for each additional paper to be presented at the conference and included in the proceedings if the additional paper(s) have no other registered authors.
  • Extra Page Charge: For papers with more than 6 pages, the author will be required to pay $150 (USD) per page for the extra pages to be included in the conference proceedings (Note: Paper length is limited up to 8 pages, with the extra page charge over 6 pages).

Registration Cancellation Policy

  • If a cancellation is received between May 1, 2025, and June 12, 2025, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.   
  • No reimbursement will be possible after June 13, 2025.  Registration may be transferred to another attendee.
  • Attendees should consider travel insurance for unexpected issues.
