We welcome Special Session proposals describing the latest and emerging scientific and technological research and activities in the fields of nanoscience and nanotechnology.
- Session Proposal Deadline: 15th January 2025
Special Session Proposers have to prepare the session proposal using the proposal template and submit it for review via online submission site.
※ NOTE: A Special Session proposal should include at least 4 invited speakers (at least at the rank of assistant professor or equivalent). Their preliminary availability is necessary before proposing the session. It is possible to propose more invited speakers, multiples of 4 would fit in different timeslots.
After the acceptance of the Session, invited speakers in Special Sessions must submit, via online submission site,
- Either a full paper (4-6 pages) in the IEEE style, if Invited Speakers would like to publish their conference contents in Xplore – From 15th January to 1st March 2025
- Or an abstract using the abstract template – From 15th January to 1st April 2025
※ NOTE: All papers/abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Technical Program Committee. Accepted abstracts for Special Invited Session will be included in the Conference Proceedings but will NOT be considered for the inclusion to IEEE Xplore.
